This website is built to be data-minimising: no cookies, no tracking, no advertising networks, no external fonts, no third-party scripts. What we do process is listed below.
1. Controller
Controller within the meaning of the GDPR is LSC Partners s. r. o., Konventná 7, 811 03 Bratislava (Staré Mesto), Slovakia — Company ID (IČO) 44996586, Tax ID (DIČ) 2022901980, managing director Alexander Pozzi. The company operates this website and owns the A4L Motion brand; contact details are in the legal notice.
2. Hosting and server log files
The website runs on a virtual server at STRATO AG in Germany, managed with Plesk. When you open a page, the server processes the data your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and stably; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). The log data is deleted or anonymised after a short storage period and is not merged with other data sources.
3. Contact form
If you use the form on this website, we process the data you enter there (company, name, e-mail address, country and the optional details about fleet, energy production, charging infrastructure and your message) in order to answer your enquiry and to stay in touch with you about the A4L Motion network. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We store the enquiry for as long as it takes to handle it and, where applicable, as long as statutory retention periods require. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by sending us an e-mail; the lawfulness of the processing carried out until then remains unaffected. In addition to being stored, the enquiry is delivered to us by e-mail on our own server; no third-party service is involved.
4. Spam protection
The form is protected against automated submissions without any third-party service: a hidden field that people never fill in, a plausibility check on the time taken to submit, and a technical limit on the number of submissions per IP address. We use no captchas and transmit no data to third parties for this purpose.
5. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no local storage for analytics purposes, measures no visitor behaviour with third-party tools, loads no fonts, maps or videos from external providers and creates no visitor profiles. As no technologies requiring consent are in use, this website needs no cookie banner. Should web analytics or lead-related processing be added later, this privacy policy will be updated before they go live and, where legally required, your consent will be obtained beforehand.
6. Recipients
Your data is processed by LSC Partners s. r. o. and by STRATO AG as the hosting provider acting as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. A transfer to third countries does not take place.
7. Your rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). An e-mail to the address in the legal notice is enough to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for LSC Partners s. r. o. this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
8. Changes
We adapt this privacy policy whenever changes to the website make it necessary.

Before go-live the storage periods still need to be confirmed and the data processing agreement with the hosting provider concluded; the text should be reviewed legally.
